Terms / Conditions / Policies
1. Once you have place an order with us your order is final. We cannot refund you after we have played any games.
2. If you file a dispute with your payment carrier, we do have records of the games played, orders placed, how it was paid, address provided and messages to send PayPal to cover the dispute.
3. I will always ship to address provided in through PayPal at checkout and CSNNOT make changes to address so be sure to double check when you order. Also know that all orders when being shipped with have a TRACKING NUMBER and it will be provided to you when it has shipped.
4. Once orders have been SHIPPED I cannot be held responsible once it has left my office. You are responsible for your TRACKING NUMBER once it's been provided to you.
5. If you ever file a dispute with Candy's Crafts of Fun with your payment carrier then you will no longer be allowed to order from us again. You may watch our shows live but may never order from us again.
6. Any negative verbiage while live or in any and all comments and pos, you will be banned from the show and any other contact along with any shows.
7. If you claim items during a live show then you MUST PAY. If you do not pay in 24 hours (unless contacting us about extending the time limit) then you will be placed on our pre-pay list. This means that you will have to pre-pay to claim items before you will be allowed to claim again.
8. I always try to ship items same or next day when orders are placed. How ever I do ask that you give me 3-5 business days to ship items out.
9. FRIENDLY REMINDER
We do not allow any cussing, name calling or gossip on our page. This is just out of respect for all customers and fellow business owners. If this happens you will be warned and if it continues you WILL be banned.
This is just a hobby for me and my family always comes first. So if something comes up and i do not ship out right away that is most likely why.
